Yeah, if you get it on the edge of rim, remove it asap! If it dries up you'll need to use some polish to remove it, even some mineral spirits has been said to work. Come to think of it, maybe a spritz of Bleache-White should even do the trick 💡

This product also works very well for all the black plastic under the hood. Just spritz it on a cold engine and allow to dwell for a couple minutes. Then rinse with PW or regular spray nozzle. You will be amazed at how well it cleans under the hood. I have been using it this way for at least 20 years.

Do you feel that "Bleche-Wite" has (maybe) gone back to the original formula?

The old stuff was great, but when I purchased a bottle of the "new" stuff, I was REALLY disappointed.

After I noticed the formula change, I started using this cheap Dollar Tree tire cleaner and still do to this day. I think it's called Street Appeal and comes in a big 32oz bottle. To me, it works just as good as the old Westleys BW.

    Thanx for the heads up!

I've been using LA Awesome with pretty good results...guess I'll drop another buck and give this a go.

Yeah, the new formula is not as strong as the original formula was. But its still decent.
