    Depending on the paint hardness, the maroon pad will leave some marring behind when used with a compound. Cuts very well for a foam pad and the marring is easily cleaned up. Great cutting pad!

    It really depends how much cut you want. The MF pads will cut more for sure, but may not finish as good. Your chance of marring is less with the maroon foam pads. I have both.

    The new foam discs are great. That is all I used along with the MT300 on my brothers car.
