6inch pads, do they exist?
I need 6inch pads for my festool, festool makes some but they only make a fine and a coarse, the fine pad is nice but the coarse....well its coarse. 6.5inch pads viberate too much so i need 6inch pads, i was thinking of cutting off .5 inches from the CCS pad but thats kinda easy to mess up and its hard to do. I have searched a lot but no results. So does anyone know of any 6inch pads?

yes..as Jon said...Edge makes classics in 6 inch...and a good pad at that...I still have some that are over 4 years old and I still use them with certain polishes...you may have to contact AG to see if they can get them as I never see them offered on any supply sites...just the 2K pads...I never had a problem with the classics...very good pad

What backing plate are you using? Polishing or sanding? I use the sanding BP and use 7 1/2" curved pads and have no problem with vibration.

Your using 7.5" pads on a PC/DA?
If you are no wonder your not getting any vibration, i bet the pads arent even moving lol

No, I'm using 7.5" pads on a DA/Forced Rotation tool. You're probably right, the pads might not be moving and I'm not getting perfect results from my Festool. I should throw it away and get a PC. BTW, have you ever used a Festool?

Here are some vidoes of me using 7.5" pads with the PC7424 ... plenty of power and little vibration. I can easily hold the PC on speed 6 with 2 fingers...

Who said anything about throwing away your festool and getting a PC?
What do you mean no? Festool is DA.
Yes, i own one, 7.5" pads are still to big, you can get good results with 7.5" pads but its gonna take awhile.
