First job on a vehicle that isn't mine

Just finished getting my neighbor's single turbo '91 fastback ready for Sunday Funday at the track. Took about 6 man hours in a single car garage.

The paint is in pretty sh!te condition, resprayed and repaired innumerable times; I did the best I could sans no paint thickness gauge.

This oxidation on the hatch was fun.

I forgot to snap a pic after wax. This was post compound. There is still a noticeable amount of oxidation, but considerably less noticeable.

Some lovely CC failure. Taped these off and waxed over by hand.

Yep. Some things are best left alone.

    Can you spot it?

All things considered, I had fun and my neighbor loves the results.

Products: Meg's UC, Meg's water spot remover (hood, would have compounded/polished but didn't trust the paint), klasse aio, PBWD, collinite 845, ccs white and grey pads on my Meg's 110v2 and cobra MF towels.

Thanks. Omg yes there are spots where you can see that the car used to be yellow, orange peel covers the roof, and the lower panels are a different shade of green from the rest of the body. He just had a whole bunch of work done beefing up the rear suspension, new brake system, and some other gremlins worked out; paint hopefully is next.
