Interior clean/protect - point me to a thread

Hello all, new guy here. I want to clean and protect the interior - dash, console etc - on my daughters 2000 Honda. I am sure there are already great discussions on the topic but being new, my search did not find any answers.
Car -
2000 Honda Accord
No leather - standard plastic trim, no dash mat
Question -
What to use to clean
What to use to protect
I bet Armor All is not the answer

I use 1Z Einszett Cockpit Premium Interior Plastic Cleaner. Works and smells great. If it's really dirty then I use 1Z Einszett Plastic Vinyl Deep Cleaner Plastik Reiniger first.

Love Cockpit Premium as well. I would also suggest 303 Aerospace Protectant for UV protection. I don't think Cockpit is that protective. If you want something over the counter, then Meguiars Quik Interior detailer. The spray, not the wipes.

Best combo I've used:
- Clean Ultima Interior Shampoo Gel, interior cleaner, upholstery cleaner
- Protect Ultima Interior Guard Plus 4 oz., interior protectant, rubber & vinyl protectant, rubber dressing

I also use/love 1Z Einszett Cockpit Premium Interior Plastic Cleaner , dashboard cleaner, cockpit cleaner, 1Z einsett, einzett and Wolfgang Vinyl & Rubber Protectant penetrates beyond the surface to maintain pliability and integrity of vinyl and rubber surfaces!.

Never tried 1z products, but for light cleaning Megs Ultimate Quik Detailer can't be beaten in my mind. It can clean all surfaces--including LCD screens--and it's locally available. I use CG's All Clean+ for deeper cleaning.

Here is one. 1Z products on the doors and dash, cleaned carpets and leather with Megs diluted 10:1 and steam.
