On a side note, I use the foam cannon through CR Spotless DI water. This makes a big difference in the thickness of foam compared to regular city water. I have a gas pressure washer which helps, too.

Might work for a garage queen but not a daily driver. I'll stick to two buckets.
Does your zl1 have a 5.0 in it? Lol

i don't see myself getting rid of the buckets anytime soon, depending on the weather it will vary on how easily the dirt/contamination will come off easily or not from what's left behind...

If its a daily drive now way you can only do foam cannon. Unless you wash it every few days.
