I didn't have to do any washer modifications to the flash light stand for the bulbs to screw on btw.

Also, the Polaroid box says the lights have a 15 year replacement warranty.

What's the largest anyone has run for bulb width/sizing? Just want to make sure neither Par38 bulb hits each other.

even if they do, you can do what i did with the rubber washers and space it out. that also helps things be more secure anyway as it allows more bite between the rotating parts once tightened down.

I just ordered the Polaroid bulbs for my set-up. Very excited for spring!! It shall be a nice compliment to my current set-up:

So these are single diode, right? By that, I mean there is just one light and not a bunch of lights clustered. tnecniv provided a picture of each here. It looks like they're single diode from the picture, but I just wanna be sure.
Thank you for posting the pictures by the way. Those things were suggested months ago in a different temp, but it looks like you're the first to try them.
Also, do the bulbs touch?

Has anyone used a bending arm for this light? There are times where checking reflections on horizontal panels seems it would help out tremendously. I'm not a huge fan of headlamps so I think this could be a good alternative if it was stable.
