Flash Visuals / 2nd Coating Application

I was just watching the below video of Rasky applying Cquartz Finest to a 740LI.
It only took 2-3 min for the cquartz to flash, what will it look like when it flashes?

Rasky also applied the 2nd coating immediatly; I have seen other guys say wait an hr.
I know Rasky knows his stuff, does everyone else do them back to back or what?

I apply back to back starting at the same point that I started with the first coat. This puts me about 45 minutes to an hour from coat 1 to coat 2.

I'm having a hard time thinking of a way to explain it. Ummm hmm. You know when you wipe hot glass with a wet rag and it kinda dries? That's similar to coating flashing. That's at least my understanding of what the flashing is. It's hard to explain but you will know it when you see it.

I applied my first paint coating a few weeks back. When I did it I only used 1 coat.
