    Plan of action, seem ok?

My LR3 has some moderate (in my opinion, I've seen worse and better lol) swirls. I'd like to fix that. I was thinking of doing this:
    1. Clay
    2. Poorboys Swirl remover 2.5 Poorboy's Medium Super Swirl Remover (SSR 2.5) 16 oz: This medium abrasive swirl remover will eliminate light to moderate blemishes without the need applied with a Cyan LC pad? Or tangerine?
    3. Meg's Ultimate Polish
    4. Surf City Garage Sealent
    5. Surf City Garage finishing glaze

    Thanks!

If you are going to use UP for step three, why not simply use UC (Ultimate Compound) for step two? And I'm not too familiar with the Surf City products, but generally speaking I would consider it counter-productive to use a glaze after the sealant, you might want to try topping the sealant with a carnauba wax, I believe Surf City makes one.

    Why not...
    1. Meguiar's Clay
    2. Meguiar's Ultimate Compound
    3. Meguiar's Ultimate Polish
    4. Meguiar's Ultimate wax.
    5. Done

I don't have any experience with Surf City products either.

I think Surf City glaze is actually a wax not sure why its called a glaze. I have never tried it but I did try the leather rejuvenator pretty decent smells good too.

Yeah I know what you guys mean...the glaze and sealant seem reversed but I've emailed them and that's what they say to do.
What if I just did the clay and then did the Poorboy's swirl remover then skip the UP?

I take it you already have these products? Then knock yourself out.

I don't have the Poorboy's stuff yet. I have some Swirl X which I've used and doesn't seem to cut well enough. I feel that the UC would be overkill.
Oh, and it has some nasty water spots on the hood, I've tried the basic Mother's clay and the UC with a blue pad to no avail.

Sorry for all the questions, I really appreciate the help!

    Copper,
Today, I'm using Poor Boy's SSR2.5. It had a learning curve for sure (for me being new to the DA), and did NOT work by hand for me. It's working well with the DA. I have found, ON MY PAINT, that I need to follow the SSR2.5 with another medium polish to achieve best results.

If you're orderding Poor Boy's World products, you could get the whole bundle from them!

    SSR2.5
    SSR1
    Natty's Wax

done. As has been mentioned, same for Megs products. Same for most any brand.
