pressure washers
I been borrowing one and want to get my own. Do you guys use a electric one or gas? The one I been using is gas but wondered if I need all that power, and noise. Thoughts?

Re: pressure washers
i was going to buy a gas pressure washer (the only thing is they're loud) but decided to get an electric one instead because i got a good deal on one (check craigslist). you probably aren't going to need one more than 1800 psi if you're using it for detailing cars. i found a near new one (pictured below) on craigslist for $110 (normally $199.00+ tax new) basically half off...

Yea that is what I was thinking. Gonna look online and see but shipping to hawaii is such a pain in the ass.

The traditional garden hose yields best results when it comes to the wash, I refuse to wash a vehicle with anything more than 1500psi.. efficiency is key so a garden hose will DRAIN the clock, find a decent electric one with an output around 1000 to 1500. I got mind at a local hardware store for 120$.
