Hard to remove substance on paint. Need help

Hi everyone, I am a detailer and have a customer with a hard to remove substance on the hood and roof of the car. On one hand it looks like paint over spray and on the other it has the consistency of pine sap. I tried using AIO XMT 360 and some mild polish and was no help. Please let me know if you have any ideas. See the photo below.

I'm sure you did this but how much time did you take claying it? I had one last week that was covered in bug guts and tree sap. I spent about 2 and a half hours claying it but it worked. I use stoners tarminator on the real stubborn spots.

Sent from my SCH-I545 using AG Online

Could it be plaster or concrete?

I had a friend's paint covered with little dots of concrete that had come down from an improperly shrouded building under construction.

I tried all kinds of different tricks and chemicals to remove it WITHOUT ripping the paint right off and nothing worked. What worked best was my fingernail picking all the dots off. Took forever and the clear was damaged under a lot of the bigger spots. Apparently the concrete was very alkali and ruined the clear. The building owner's insurance had to pay for an entire respray.

TarX is what I would try.

Laquer Thinner or some rubbing alcohol, just dab do not scrub & rinse it quickly. The medium nano skin seems to work great on almost anything as well.

I would try to find out WHAT it is first. Maybe the customer has a clue from where he was when it showed up.

Is it soft and gooey like sap? Kerosene or turpentine would work without harming the paint.
