Decal over Sealant

I just applied a coat of Meg's Ultimate Wax, then two days later I got some Collinte 845 and applied that. I have some custom decals coming for the bed of my truck and I'm wondering about how it's going to stick. Do I need to remove the sealant & is this possible, if so with what?

Strip it, and do an IPA wipe down to make sure the surface is completely clean, then apply the decals. I'm sure the instructions for application will be something similar.

For the decal to stick it has to be "surgically clean". I would also do a clay and light polish (before the IPA)

Does the IPA strip the sealant or do I need something to do that?

IPA should be strong enough to strip (depending on your dilution), but offers no lubricity. If you want to be a little safer you can use paint coating prep hand or machine applied.
