Opti-Coat on VINYL?
I have a quick and probably dumb question...haha. I have a returning customer that wants to apply a coating on his vinyl wrapped trailers for his shaved ice business. Since Opti-Coat is what I have experience with (though I do want to try 22ple) it can be applied to vinyl just like paint/metal/plastic trim right? Any special steps need to be taken?

Absolutely! Just wipe the vinyl down with a solvent based panel wipe and coat!

Opti-Coat curing time
Thanks guys! I figured it was, but wanted to make absolutely sure before taking the job on.
Not related to my original question, but I'm a little nervous about the current Honda Pilot that I am working on. I have gotten behind due to some extra polishing so I will have to apply the Opti-Coat 2.0 tonight. Reason that is making me nervous is because the owner is coming to pick it up Sunday afternoon and it is HIGHLY likely that it will be raining. I know Opti-Coat recommends 24 hours before it gets wet and I'm probably only going to be able to give it 9-11 hours (13 hours MAX) to cure before it gets out in the rain.
I hope you guys can tell me that from first hand experience the coating will be fine because I can not ask the owner to get the car Monday.
