A regular clay bar will always be my number one choice cause you actually connects with the car but a clay mitt is also great cause you can wash and clay at the same time and imo as long as there is enough lubercation none of the clay systems we damage the paint

A clay mitt - a great idea!! Knew I was out of the loop. Are there different brands of these like there are clays and do they still use the same lubes? How does it work, if I may ask?
And thank you all!!! :-)

Congratulations!!
-Meguiar's: Smooth Surface Clay Kit; or Mild
-Clay Magic: Blue (fine)
-What was the clay you used on the 2007...
The Corvette CC is usually quite "hard".
Least aggressive first.

Yes same lube but with the mitt I wash the car and leave it wet and then use lube. To do a whole takes about 10-15 mins.

If you are just doing your own car once in a while you might want to consider the fine grade sponge instead of the towel or mitt. Decontaminates just as good but is smaller and costs a lot less. Can still do 10+ cars with just one sponge.

Oh my another suggestion. Things sure have changed since I bought my little red. I am so confused I do not know what to try. How did I miss so much in 4 years of not being on the forum? LOL. Wow.
The other vehicles I take care of are my husband's - a white Prius and a burgundy Relay - so I have use for the stuff - but now three choices...yikes.
