I'm not sure if you can make it look flawless, some nasty defects you have there.
If I had to correct it I'd wash it, clay and use some m105 with a yellow pad, then you can see what you couldn't remove.
Some wet sanding will be needed for sure.
The 105 will surly will make it look better, hopefully you can see some Improvment.

ultimate compound + red pad , will not remove these nasty defects (scratch ,bird poo and etc) ?
