I need to buy some soap for my car and found one on AG webside, price is ok but shipping cost almost 50% of the price. And Amazon selling same soap AG seller-same price but shipping 50% cheaper, even with 15% discount cheaper to buy trough Amazon, why is that? We talking about same product, from same company and shipping twice as much?

I have the same problem. I created a thread in the Customer Comments section with reasonable requests and they don't even bother to respond. I want to buy from AG but can't afford to because of shipping. =(

Yes, you will have that problem if you just need a couple of small items. My solution is to wait for AG to offer free shipping on orders over $xx and stock up!

I also agree that shipping kills your budget.
A while back I ordered a gallon of CG'S Maxi-Suds for $12.00 with free shipping. GreT bargain.
You can't get free shipping on everything however, I just try and be a smart shopper.

I'll soon order a few products and I'll buy it through AG because I can't get free shipping on them so might as well support AG if the shipping rates are the same that is.

Their shipping rates are on the HIGH side so it's best to wait for a good sale.

But yeah as the OP said Amazon will be much cheaper overall cost wise (Product with shipping).

AG ships UPS and they are not cheap, the P.O. is much cheaper in general with their flat rate Priority Mail boxes.....

A friend of mine wanted to buy Tuf Shine after I told her about it.
So she came here to order it but told me it was just too high for shipping and found it elsewhere for much cheaper. (Half the price)
I guess they have to make money somehow.

Their shipping rates are on the HIGH side so it's best to wait for a good sale.
