WalMart MF towels no good?
Did i waste my $5 bucks on a bag of microfiber cloths at Walmart. Will these not just do a poor job but cause damage to my car's finish?
I thought i was getting a good deal.
thanks,
Greg

I would not use them on paint, they are good for wheels and all around interior cleaning.

I dont think so. I used the ones was Costco. They are $13 for a 36-pack. I don't really see how you can cause damage, it's just a 70/30 towel, same materials. I do however have like 4 Cobra MF's for removing the pinnacle paste. Other than that I use the Costco ones for the wheels, polish removal, windows, interior, tires if needed, engine and anything else where they get real dirty real fast.

I use some WW microfibers from Wal-Mart, but only for cleaning out door jambs/sills and other misc. jobs that I don't want to use my Cobra's with. They never touch the paint. A good acid test is to take a CD, wipe the towel across it. If it scratches the CD then I would not use it on the paint.

I just use cheap MFs for door jams, wheels, interiors, but not interior glass.
