Re: Wax Sugestions For White and Silver Paint
I was thinking about using Megs. 105 then using DG 501 over it on white paint. What do you think.

Another vote for Collinite #845.

Re: Wax Sugestions For White and Silver Paint
thank you all for your help. I will consider everything but I may try #845 first since its not badly priced and has some great review, and a lot of you have recommended it.
Thank you all!

I also wanted to see if anyone has seen or used Liquid Glass LG-100 Ultimate polish/Finish?
I couldn't help but notice the reviews on amazon...

For quite a few years, Slipstream was the only wax I used. Maybe that's why I have no problem using 476.
Here's the instructions right from the Slipstream can:
"Dampen applicator and thoroughly work small amount of wax into finish. Rub until clear finish appears through residue. Hard palm pressure on first application will produce best results"
Classic used to advertise that, properly applied, you could clear the residue with a feather duster.
Damn, I miss that stuff!

X2
That's exactly what the wife's BMW got last winter. It was daily driven and parked outside 24/7. Here's a shot from February after a DG Rinseless wash:
501/601 will make it a brighter white than you ever saw before. 476 or 845 will keep it that way for a long time.

Heard a rumor that they were the same with the 845 merely having more solvent in it.
If you use a dual action polisher, I think a paste wax is a little easier to use--the stuff sits on top of your pad instead of sinking in. Think the 476 does well with my white, but then so did the Jetseal.
