Those areas look just to have topical stains of some sorts, you can easily clean them off using either a light paint cleaner, also called a pre-wax cleaner or a cleaner/wax.
You could also use a quality polish by hand or machine.
If you use any option other than a cleaner/wax remember to apply some wax afterwards.
Also, Imageshack doesn't like displaying your pictures for some reason, I simply stole the URL address code and clicked over to your account to see the pictures.
You have a gallery here and if you use it there won't be any issues sharing your pictures and they'll always be here instead of disappearing over time.

Did those come from using a Speedy Towel for claying? Most marks and discoloration will come off by using clay. If that doesn't work then as mentioned above a pre-wax cleaner, cleaner wax, or just a finishing polish work well. It looks like it needs polished anyway so you can kill 2 birds with one stone.
