Rinseless or Waterless
Currently I operate my business using the waterless method, lately I been thinking about adding the rinseless method to attract more customers,,What do you guys think????

I understand how waterless works but the cost would be an issue from what I can see/hear about it, rinseless gives you added security of lubricity due to how much or how little water you can keep and/or remove from your choice of wash media. Then there's the towels you'd go through using waterless....a lot of them, with rinseless you don't have this problem.
I've been using rinseless for a year and a half and I haven't looked back!

I don't think it can hurt to have it in your arsenal, but I also think the regular customer may not know/appreciate the difference.

Re: Rinseless or Waterless
I go through allot of microfiber towels daily. The cost is not the problem, I received a call from a guy that wanted me to do his to corvettes and three dump trucks, but he doesn't trust the waterless method. That's the biggest reason to add the rinseless method to keep from losing future business.

+1 For the most part customers dont care about your process or materials and I doubt they know the difference between the two. They just want clean and shiny.

You mean you have a guy who wants to PAY you to detail 5+ cars and your considering not doing it because he wants rinseless???
Why wouldn't you do it?
My opinion is waterless can handle A LOT if you pressure rinse first - that's what I always do. Foam and rinse with a pressure washer. Then your just removing "traffic film".
Because I'm OCD about my black car, I no only do 2BM washes on that car. Usually I combine rinseless and waterless washes. But, I always pressure wash first.

Don't understand why waterless uses more towels than rinseless.

Swanicyouth,
I made the decision to add rinseless as the primary source. Its no way I can turn down that volume of business. Waterless is a fast method, but I am limited when it comes heavily soiled vehicles
