Got the same model and love it as well. Bought a brass connector and a 25 ft extension. Made best even better

you need a 12 vlt pump to provide 60 psi for the PW to work properly. Plus you can Y off the pump to have a hose hang out the back for filling buckets, bottles and cleaning stuff

I used this setup for over a year and it worked great.
I still use the pump even though I got a gas power washer.

I'm not mobile but I still use tank from apartment garage , can't use their water , so I truck in ro water from work . only a 35 gallon . 120v pump . this pump will feed my cr spotless and pw . don't even need to use pw if don't want to, the pump has enough go like it coming out of a spigot .

I have the Karcher pressure washer and a 65 gallon tank. I just connect a 15 ft RV water hose from the tank to the Karcher and it works great. I've even used a 75 ft hose with no problems. The only priming I do is the hose just to make it easier on the Karcher. Perfect pressure to wash any vehicle. I replace my 2700 PSI Pump @3.5 GPM with the Karcher.

The extension was purchased from Pressure Washers Direct - Your Online Pressure Washer Superstore - Power Washer, Power Washers, Pressure Washer for Sale, Buy Pressure Washer, Power Washer for Sale, Buy Power Washer and it is a quick connect like the hose to handle etc..

I highly recommend the brass quick connect to replace the one that comes with the unit (the universal power washer one, not the regular one).... or should I say HIGHLY recommend! The plastic quick connect that comes with the unit is decent, but prone to breaking. Also with the brass quickconnect you can buy additional male counterpart for any additional garden attachments you may want to use. One more recommendation I would have is the brass valve Single Brass Connector Shut Off Valve. A real blessing when disconnecting your hose to fill buckets etc...

Sooo... a gas pressure washer (say, 6.0HP) doesn't need an electric primer pump to draw water from a tank without the help of gravity? Such as a skid or trailer mounted tank and pw?
