greenworks pressure washer foam cannon fitting?

Recently got a greenworks 1700 PSI 1.4 GPM pressure washer. I tried to ask this question over the weekend, but my account was waiting for a mod to approved and I wanted to get my foam cannon ordered, so I ended up going with the kranzle fitting because I thought it looked most like the current fitting. The nozzles attach to the wand with a quick connect fitting also- I'm not sure if I need something like that instead?

Would appreciate any feedback on what I need if the kranzle fitting won't work. Would also love to hear general feedback on the greenworks pressure washer. I was originally going to go with a more powerful electric, but the better looking ones in the 2-400 range were karchers and I saw a lot of people saying they were crap here. I saw several people that had the greenworks from lowes and said it was working well for them. Was kind of torn on getting it, because even though it had 4 stars w/ a lot of reviews, like at least 15 of the 20 first reviews said it broke down after only a few uses.... I got the 2 year replacement plan for like 20 bucks and my plan was always to get a better one after I get some more experience under my belt, so I should probably be fine, but just want to hear some other opinions.

Seems to work fine on the car, but there's still probably more than enough room for more power without danger of damaging the car...and it could DEFINITELY use more power for other jobs like driveway cleaning...would take way too long with this much power...

Re: greenworks pressure washer foam cannon fitting?

The correct fitting for a foam cannon on the greenworks pressure washer is the Bosch fitting.

*Nevermind...the Bosch fitting works with the greenworks 1500 pressure washer. I would remove the metal bolt at the beginning of the wand, to determine what is the proper fitting for your foam gun.

On another note, to increase the longevity of this pressure washer, I would do the following:

    1. Purchase several quick connects. One for the pressure washer hose to the gun and a second for the water hose to the machine. When all connected and water is on, but the power is OFF, pull the trigger on the gun and allow the water to circulate through the machine, expelling all of the trapped air. Once you have a solid flow of water, turn the machine on, allow the pressure to build, and your now good to go!

Re: greenworks pressure washer foam cannon fitting?

Just an update, the kranzle fitting did end up working. It requires 2 pieces, but both came with the fitting when I ordered from AG.

Thanks for the advice KJW. I've been good about doing that so far even though I don't have the quick disconnects, but it definitely is a pain to have to screw everything in every time... I'll look into getting some quick disconnects- do you have any suggestions on good ones?
