    Question and Favor

    Hey Everyone,

I've listened to you talking about how nice Wolfgang's Black Diamond Tire Gel is to use and it's results. Often, when describing the product itself I hear it's a creamy consistency and goes on nicely with a foam pad.

I bought 2 bottles of Wolfgang's Black Diamond Tire Gel and this is what the product looks like after shaking and emptying into a clean glass jar. It's very thin and appears separated, almost runny which I wouldn't call creamy or Gel as described on the label.

Would you mind checking to see what your product looks like an possibly posting a photo for comparison?

    Your input is greatly appreciated.....

    Thanks in advance.....

    Bobby,

Here's mine. Pretty runny kinda....Like when I put in on the pad it will run right off if the pad is tilted a little. I always have to rub it in with my finger before putting it to the tire.
I'm having dejavu here. Didn't you and I have this question before where I posed the question about this product and you responded with the pic?? Maybe not

    Hey Chet,

It looks pretty much the same then....

HAHA, you might be right! Now that you mention it, I do seem to recall this topic coming up but can't remember the conclusion....

    Bobby,

I tried a sample a couple of weeks ago on our DD. It was runny and separated, sort of the consistency of snot. As Chet said, you have to rub it on the applicator with your finger before applying to the tire. Seems to last ok, but I liked the sample of Pinnacle Black Onyx better.

As bad as it is, it beats the alternative.

I'm a CG Diablo fan hands down. I cut it 50/50 with distilled water and it still sticks to the rims and foams like a mother when agitated. So a 16 ounce bottle turns into one economical wheel cleaner. It does not have a chemical smell actually smells nice. And if you happen to forget to put gloves on it will not irritate your skin.

Well, that's interesting, but this thread is about a tire dressing, not a wheel cleaner.

Does this product sling at all? I use and love Meg's Endurance Gel, but always looking for new stuff.
    Back to the full-time grind.
