    Avalon

Hello all I just leased a 2013 avalon Turing because I am an old man..sizzling crimson mica looks like purple Barney car at the moment..
It was a demo car with 4k on the clock.
It has a lot of metal flake in the paint and a lot of dis dealer installed swirls. And a few deeper rids..
Any one ever worked on this paint any tips
    Thanks ..

Buicks have been easy to work on for me. I would start with a proper wash followed by the baggie test which I'm sure will tell you that you need to clay.

Are you going to be working by hand or machine?
are you getting products here or locally?

no paint systems are really one in the same. My Toyota's paint is probably way different than yours! you'll just have to do a test spot and see what accomplishes the goals you're setting out! Good luck!
    Back to the full-time grind.

Toyotas in general never yields the results that I can accomplish using the same exact materials/chemicals as their Lexus counterpart. Perhaps they used better paint and clearcoat on the Lex.

My Toyota paint is the weirdest, its hard in some spots, soft in others, in general i've learned to live with minor stuff

    Re: Avalon

Menzerna SF4500 and hit it with a white pad and see what you get. If nothing then M205 with White LC pad. M205 will probably clear it up since its has more cut. Start with less cut and work it up.
