    Gas On Black Paint

What should my course of action be? My wife took my car the other day and spilled gas on it after filling up....When she got home I washed the area then I went over it by hand with XMT360...Looked as if it was gone but when I looked at the area today it looks like there might be a little clouding of the paint, kinda looks like etching from bird poop...What can I do or what should I do?

I think you got it perfect. Wash, and reprotect. Maybe rub the area with 360 a little longer.

For the future....normally all gas pumps have window washing stuff at the gas bays. Grab a paper towel and hold over to nozzle to catch any drips.

I usually wait for the gasoline to drip into the tank, and when it's not dripping anymore, i make sure the nozzle is pointing upwards and slowly carry it away from the car.

I spill diesel all the time (well, not *all* the time) on the fender of my truck and I still have to see any ill effects from it.
