Clear coat touch up

Ok, I have my dr colourchip on its way but in a few spots, the scratch is in the clear coat only but needs to be filled. These are small and narrow but slightly deep...almost through the clear coat.

I don't want to use Dr C here because I keep a high polish and the lack of a clear coat in this spot will show. Is there a clear coat only touch up that can be wet sanded and polished to match? Can I also use this overtop of dr c to protect those touch ups when I polish?

Touched up many chips and a few scratches with DrColorchip. All finished out just fine, can't find em when done. Black paint.
