Clay Lube
Anyone know a homemade clay lube solution?

No, but diluting ONR is cheap.

If you don't want to use clay lube and just use water then you need to use bilt hamber clay.

I agree. If you dont have ONR, just use QD spray. I always recommend dedicated products over anything home made. Especially when talking about a solution thats designed to lubricate the surface of your paint that the clay bar will be in contact with.

You can use car wash soap diluted with distilled water. However, soap is known to degrade the clay. I would just deal spray if you don't have anything on hand.

If they have it, Meguiar's quick detail spray is a great clay lube.

You can dilute Turtlewax rinseless wash, available at Walmart if you can't wait for ONR or UWW+
It's a knockoff of ONR
