    Water filter system

Clear Inline Hose Filter Canister and Accessories

Anyone using this filter system for washing? I'm interested in picking something like this up, as our water is pretty hard. Just wanted to get fellow AG'ers that have used this before to chime in!

its about the only AG product I have resisted trying, afraid of the difference it might make.

I might have to give it a try on my next order. Not looking for a miracle, just something to help with water spots if an area dries off before I get there. Hopefully it works!

I just ordered the deluxe kit last week; it should be here anyday now. I am starting my own detailing business and right now I will require customers to have electricity & water hook-up w/in 100ft. Since the water around here is not very good, I think it will come in very handy.

At my house, I have a water spigot in the garage that comes off our water softener. It helps out tremendously when it comes to water spotting.

I'll be sure to do a review of some sort on the product once I've had a chance to full test it.

I don't know what I would do without mine!!! I think it may be the best thing I've bought on AG besides my PC. I'm going to do a long review shortly.

I get about 6-7 uses out of my filter with my water. My water is extremely extremely hard well water. We honestly have the hardest water in the area, it's terrible. All our spouts, sinks, tubs, etc. could be stained within a week if we didnt take care of it.

I just re-charged it for the first time 3 days ago. I was very impressed that it worked. The water that was used to re-charge it didnt change, everything looked the same except the tablets were almost dissolved.

As far as using it, it does NOT leave a spot-free finish. The spots that does leave simply do not etch into the windows or clear coat. Just a simple QD or glass cleaner will wipe these up very very very easily. (I like to keep a vinegar/water 50/50 mix w/ me, it comes in very very handy).

Thanks for the feedback guys, appreciate it. I wouldn't expect it to be spot free, I primarily want to set it up somehow as a mobile-detailing capable for when I'm not doing them at my place. I'm thinking I could somehow set it up on my hose reel or figure a way to make it mobile. I'm thinking I will add it to my next order, along with another tub of SS II
