    Looks like it could be out of Korea.

    For luxury car side glass (Sidelite) are used. HyperCoat ™ Pro, automotive coatings. Hyper coat Pro glass-silicone resin and

    I just Googled it and it seems like it's available in Japan or one of the Asian countries because of the label.

    Personally I've never heard of it but I'm willing to bet with DuPont's name on the label it's a quality product....
