Im going to order a new drying towel here soon. Just not sure which one. Mainly because I ALWAYS use a QD after drying a vehicle.
I bought a Cobra Guzzler a long time ago and had linting problems. A few members on here have had the same issue. Just be advised Mother's Drying Towel is thicker than most because of its foam core. It's defenitely different and takes some getting used to, but it picks up water like no ones business. Im past due for a review on it, I've just have alot going on right now.

I used to use The Absorber for years, they tend to streak once they get old. I use mine to dry my wife's beater car.
Pt:1 - That's easy to solve... order from Advance +20% off, & free shipping. (I keep codes handy)
Or, send me money and I'll run up there and get them for ya'.

Pt:2 - I love The Absorber! I keep several and rotate them from the good to the bad cars as they age. In fact, recently I yelled at my daughter because she used the one from my side of the garage (the G35 one actually) on her Pontiac GTP.

That's the only drying towel I use (when I'm not using my Master Blaster). They are great.

Yeah I really like this drying towel.

I will say it is ia bit pricey

I think it should be no more than about 15 bucks..

and being in a crunch I had to pick something up and at 22 bucks it wasn't a deal breaker to pick up there generic linting brand for 6 bucks

Glad this is what I went with..

wish they had a smaller size one to purchase as well

I've been using their large mf drying towel for about 7 years and last year bought another one so I'd have 2 of them, one gets a little dirty and I'm not left w/o one. The old one still works great and the only difference is the color is a bit faded but that's it. I've been using their wax (yellow) and polish (white) removal towels for about 7 years as well, again, recently bought some new ones just to have em'. I used to use the yellow ones (wax removal) for QD use but last year I decided to try the blue ones (Speed Shine) and haven't looked back, those are great!

The nice thing about Griot's is not only are they available here but in a pinch, like the OP mentioned, they're available at Advanced Auto Parts, along with other Griot's products as well.
