Question on removing these scratches - Black Honda w/ white scratches
So the wife ran into a white car the other day and scratched the rear door of the passenger side.
My question is on recommendations for any products/applications that I need to use in order to get this removed.
I had wax now and I'm thinking of getting a GG- DA orbital

Thanks for the tips/Comments.

Looking at the picture it looks like you have some paint transfer (can be taken care of with clay) but if I am not mistaken I see primer and even bare metal. That won't buff out!
Better pics may help but you may need to do a little restoration before considering the enhancement of the scuff/scratches

I would personally use 3" pads for such a small area as that.
My fiance hit the side of our garage as she was backing out last summer (keep your female driver comments to yourself, I already made fun of her enough ) and I was able to fix it using M105 and a 3" orange pad... now the product/pad combo will vary depending on the particular situation so it is hard to recommend you a perfect product and pad for your situation as it can be trial and error to find the best combo.

Good luck
Wow thats what I'm looking for!
Now can you use a 3" backing plate and pad with a 6" GG DA polisher?

Those are nothing. My idiot ex-wife got her vehicle stuck on our neighbors porch. Backing up and turning dented the whole thing on the corner of the porch, and didn't know to do so sat there and called my cell...thank God I divorced her!
Edit: to the OP grab some ultimate compound and foam pad and try by hand first.

I have a PC for my 3" setup, but I don't see why you can't use a 3" setup wtih GG as well

Excellent I'll look into picking up the 3" plate.

Looking pretty good in the "afters". Remember the paint will be thiner on those edges so go easy with a polisher.
