Received my AG shipment yesterday. One of the things I ordered was 32 ounces of SSR1. Poorboy's advises that you shake well. The bottle was so full and the contents so thick, there was no way I could shake well.

I would be interested in knowing how much settling is going on and just how much mixing would be necessary. I removed some of the contents to another bottle, to give me some shaking room. Does anyone know of a better way to be sure the contents are mixed well?

Thanks to all you members for all the good information we share with one another.

you can usually see a little seperation at top of bottle. Looks a little like salad dressing with light up top and heavier on bottom. I do the spin shake for a couple moments and move on. Just make sure it all looks like a heavy paste.
