Simple Green HD APC - not good for quality car care applications. I do however still clean tire brushes and the like with it - where a harsh/super strong APC is good to use. But it doesn't get anyway near my carpets or paint.

PB Natty's Paste wax, it was a pain in the butt to buff off while in my garage. It was so bad, I only waxed the roof. Any tips or tricks I'm missing?
Oh, and Blackfire clay extender, all it did was make my clay crumble apart.

Re: Most regretted detailing product purchase
I bought and Automagic paste wax called banana magic one time, started using it seemed to work just fine, went on easy came off easy and left a pretty desist protective shine. A week and 1/2 later ALL the cars I did with came back with a horrible cloudy residue on them, and streaks and dry patches that just looked terrible!! I think I redid 18 cars and threw that crap in the trash! Set vender a strongly worded email,he never came back...

I love the bare bones, I bought a gallon of it. What he is probably trying to say is there's other products that could be used in place of bare bones to achieve likewise results, such as say a tire shine. With bare bones I find it makes the wheel wells look perfectly black and it lasts longer on them than anything I've used for them...and that grape scent is yummy
