    deep black paint

Hi all i have been using griots machine polish with there machine. The shine is there but it seems a little hazy not as deep as i would like it. Is there some other product or pad that would be better?

Dougsrt, can you describe your entire process? This will help in determining a process that will help you get the results you're looking for.

I started with machine polish 1 doing a small 3x3 spot. Wipe down then move on.next step machine polish 2 making 4/6 passes then polish 3 till the shine comes out i finish off with paint sealent i do have the orange pads for each step

The orange pad is your problem. First step is good with the Orange Pad, Second step you should use possibly a White pad, then move to the Black pad for your last polishing step. You can also use the black pad, or softer pad, for applying your sealant. Hope this helps...

just to add on to what Midnight said, Griots doesn't make white or black pads, those you will have to get from another line, probably lake country.

Do you have any of the Griots red pads? Try using the finest polish with a red pad and you should be golden...
I told my wife that a husband is like a fine wine; he gets better with age. The next day, she locked me in the cellar.

also make sure you've cleaned clear coat really well. claybaring it first is best. put your hand in a plastic baggy and rub the paint. if you can feel any grit at all there are contaminates on the clear coat and removing them first will make your shine deeper and come easier with less work
