Quick Detailer - How much do you use on your personal car

I'm switching from a "zero care" car owner, to a try and keep a "detailed look" all the time car owner. Gonna get a thorough clay and seal coat & Finish and a weekly car wash. How much quick detail should I expect to use in an average week. Is it something that is used daiy, occasionally, only after final coats....?

    * How long does a 16 oz of QD last you for your own personal car on average?

    * How many cars can you give a complete QD finish out of a 16 oz bottle?

Question is for now as in summer months which includes rain, dirt, bugs, etc.

but would also be interested to know if the usage increases in the winter months because of the salty and wet road conditions.

    Thanks

I use it as a drying aid after washing. And give the wheels a spray and wipe them down after washing. I get 4-6 weeks out of a bottle.

    I agree.

Also having a sprayer that sprays the product out more heavily will obviously use more. I really like the sprayers that the XMT line uses. I transferred some FK425 over into a bottle with that sprayer and it seems to last forever. Plus I prefer the fine mist it gives.

I'm looking at the Detailer’s Pro Series Rinseless Wash & Gloss. It looks like a good first product to try out. It's pretty inexpensive, and I can use it as a QD & Rinseless wash, which I'll need to get through the winter.

I buy it by the gallon and use a pump pressure sprayer because it will give a finer mist,

And I have been using the same gallon for three years.

You can definitely go this route. I am a huge fan of dpwg and used it as a qd, however, I

recently picked up some Migliore Endurance Quick Detailer and there was a night and

day difference. I now reserve my dpwg for car wash only (of which it is awesome!!)
