Dont attempt to detail your ride if your younger son is around or it will take 3 times longer because he will come behind you with something and make you work harder getting it off.
My 5 year old granddaughter likes to 'help' me with the baggie test. Asking me constantly what she's feeling for. But then the attention span, or lack of, takes over and she forgets she's supposed to be checking the body and rubs the windows, the tires, her hair, etc....
I would like to add you can NEVER enjoy going to a car show and looking at the cars.
I was recently at a car show with a black Vette covered in severe hack job holograms parked next to a red Camaro that looked like a colony of spider webs had just landed on it.
I just stood there and looked at the paint. When the owners came to speak to me I said "I'm just lookin' at the paint". I then (very politely) showed them what I was looking at.
What I realized is that they didn't know. When I pointed it out and they could now see it I realized they truly didn't care what the paint finish looked like. I don't understand it?
