    Most versatile polishing combinations?

I have seen threads that state m105/m205 are among the better and versatile polishing combinations. I have also seen a finer polish added to these two. I wanted to see what people in the detailing business think are the top pick combos for getting swirls, oxidation, etc out of vehicles. I will probably get Klasse AIO, so isn't that a fine polisher as well?

    Thanks,
    TechDiver

i dont think klasses has abrasives in it, it's just a good cleaner....yes it is a polish but won't do correction like other polishes. Thats what i see tons of people say, just sharing.....

You can't go wrong with either Meguiars or Menzerna. In my limited experience, the Menzerna is more forgiving with sling and dust. It comes off a lot easier then M105 does.

M105 is one of the 'hardest' compound to work with in my opinion.

It has a number of issues especially for the first time users.

That's why I'm using the Memzerna stuff exclusively .. it doesn't get better then that imo.

m105/m205 and d151 are basically all I use although I have a few other polishes as well. I will be giving the Menzerna line a try here soon though.

I haven't tried the Menzerna line (really want to though), but have been trying the hyper spray compound, and polish from Optimum. I have had pretty good success with this product line, but can't officially say that it is the "go to product" for very situation. The MF pads work so well with the sprays. In addition, I have used the Optimum liquid compounds and polishes. I like the fact that they have a very long work time and little to no dusting. I had tons of issues with dusting, when using the M105/205 combo. However, they did work very well for me. I too am on a quest to find the perfect fit for correction. Maybe I need to try that Menzerna after all ;-)

My first machine detail (less than 6 months ago) was using products from the menzerna line. The 15 year old DD I used them on turned out great, I couldn't believe it!!! Even though I haven't tried other brands yet, I'd happily recommend their products as being easy to use, and capable of correcting many years of swirl damage.
