Best way to remove yellow road paint splatter?
Attached picture. I think maybe about 2 days old tops.

Claying will do. You might have to put some love behind the clay, so stop and check every so often to make sure you're not scratching the paint.
Some Tar remover might be necessary too.

A medium grade clay bar should do the trick. Detailer's Universal Detailing Clay works well.
If it's really bad, you will need an aggressive grade of clay, such as Meguiar's Professional Detailing Clay Aggressive - I would plan on polishing after using this as it will cause some marring.
