Seam Taping
Good idea to tape all the seams.......saves a lot of door jamb cleaning as as well as trunk and hood seams.........just a thought

Depends on your trim. If its black plastic you bet my wife's Expedition has matching trim atleast on the doors. If its rubber I tape it. I use 3m blue painters tape anyone know if they make it in 2 inch?

i love using 3m blue tape...different width for different areas...as far as platic/rubber trim goes...a quick tip - dress the trim first, slightly heavy, and dont wipe it off...after buffing/polishing/waxing just give your trim a final buff to remove excess dressing and any wax/polish residue will come with it....and as far as seams go...definitely tape up up..will save you time in not having to dig out polish and wax from inbetween body panels....
