I still don't see durability answer on BFCS ..
personally BFWD is my goto sealant for my car and customers
but if BFCS is as good and as durable.... I would love to switch to save me time
In the spring, summer, early fall I can get an easy 3+ months from BFCS. (Ideal conditions) The big difference for me though is the time saved to apply & re-apply.
Due to these WOWA sealants and "Coatings / Coating detailers" I almost never use standard sealants anymore.

Re: Blackfire Wet Diamond vs. Blackfire Crystal Seal
BFCS is my winter sealant, so it lasts a good long time. I usually only have to re-apply once in the garage during the winter months. This is in Iowa where winters can be cold, snow, Ice, road brine and salt.

The real answer is: Get both.
They serve slightly different purposes, but I gotta say, nothing beats the super quick application of WOWO sealant.

Yeah, sorry. Jumbled up my acronyms there.
I meant WOWA
By all means, let us know how you like it. I feel the need to add another one of these products to the arsenal

Blackfire Wet Diamond vs. Blackfire Crystal Seal
Using BFCS and topping with BF BlackICE combo, using BFMS spray wax once a month (used to use Poly spray), I keep a great appearance for a 6-9 months, prob could make it a whole year if I wasn't so picky. Still slick and perfect.

Re: Blackfire Wet Diamond vs. Blackfire Crystal Seal
some times has been passed and I did get BFCS and tried it couple times.
First, BFCS.... hands down, quickest, easiest product to work with, but I saw some high spots where streaks didnt' go away.. i dont know if it caused by another layer of application or I didn't spread the products evenly. But as final step, I always go over with QD so wasn't a huge issue.
For me, BFWD still had slightly better wet look and much better slickness. Also when it comes to durability, BFCS doesn't fall behind that much, with regular maintenance it will go Min. 3 months easy with quick application.
So far, ever since I got BFCS, haven't touched BFWD (at least for my own car) due to easy application and much time save.
but if I were to do paying customer's car, I would still choose BFWD.
just my .02 cents

Sir, do you use QD as a final step, before the coating fully cures it?
How long after you apply?
If so, I have to try this method, because there are some coatings I use that are prone to streaking.
Could you please explain it further?
Man, I'm always learning here. Thanks AGO

are you talking about actual coating system (such as opti-coating) or talking about wax and sealant?
I usually go over with QD right after buff off waxes/ sealants.
sometimes I even spray QD right on to surface if i waited too long to buff, and never had streaking issue.
For fact, i know coating is much more sensitive to apply but I never tried it so I cant tell you if its okay to buff with QD, but i would say no.

Coating need a squeaky clean surface so using a qd interferes with a coating trying to bond with the paint. After the coating has cured qd all you like but not before. That's my understanding.
