All of my lc smart pads did that. I tried to re-attach with 3M spray adhesive but it let go when I cleaned them. Just ordered a bunch more. Maybe these will hold up better. If not, I'll be looking for a different manufacturer.
Call AG if you have pads that delaminate. They will likely replace them the first couple times. Work on your technique. Most of you are likely using too much pressure or too much speed or too much product. I had similar problems when I bought my GG 6 in. I had to learn to slow down the machine ( I polish speed 5 on the GG) and let up on pressure. Also to use less product on the pad. When the LC pads get saturated, they get heavy and dont spin as easily.
