If you do not use one of the new coatings and are looking for something that last for a long time I would go
Nuba wax 845
Sealant Finishkare 1000p
They both seem to never quit.
Collinite 845 is technically a liquid wax. Based on the feedback I have received 845 is the most durable wax available, leaves a nice shine, and just happens to be inexpensive.
+1 for BFWD. It is the easiest to work with and delivers an incredible shine. Can't speak to durability because it is on a garage queen Vette. A little touch up with BF detail spray and it just keeps on shining.
A good alternative is CG Black Light topped with Hubrid V7.
BFWD is great...Probably my third favorite... However Four Star Ultimate Paint Protection gives at least as good a look, is at least as easy to apply and remove, is at least equal slickness, and doesn't have occasional sweating issues like BFWD.
Oh, and it's 5$ cheaper if I recall. No marketing cost added.
