I would think it all depends on the compound being used and the paint type and condition. This is where the famous "test spot" comes into play. Remember that using a m/f on a rotary is heading into territory never traveled before by very few if any.

It says what RPM's to use for a rotary on the packaging that it came in. I didn't pay attention as I was more focused on using them on a DA at that time.

Did you throw away the packaging, Mark? Because my 3.25" MF pads showed up a couple days ago and are sitting in my garage and I could take a look at the bags if you want.
