    Aluminum trin scratches

    Hi
I've got a couple areas on my window trim that are scratched a bit. I tried some XMT #3 on a 4" spot pad with a PC carefully with no change. Just a bit smoother.
I've attached a pic, not sure how easy it is to see them after reducing the file size. I've never attached a pic before.
Any suggestions on polishing out the scratches?

    Tam

It may be to deep to come out.

Yes Sparkie, it seems they are too deep for polishing. I found a re-finishing kit for aluminum trim that I may try out soon. It strips, then sands with 1000 grit and then re-seals the finish. When I try it I'll post pics of the process.

    Thanks, Tam
