BP Lights Don't Lie!!
I really felt i had a successful first correction. I added more lighting in my garage to make sure I could see everything. Did the correction and it looked awesome!! Went to BP gas
station this morning (dark still) And boy did the lights show me my inexperience. I mean most would say "It looks great. What are you talking about?" But fellow geekers would
say....ROOKIE!!

This is how we learn. Look at it that way.

It's why Mike recommends a minimum of two different light sources to inspect your work. Same thing happened to me on my first correction too. Fluorescent lighting did me in.

LOL.. Yeah, our lights show imperfections like no other.
Don't worry, practice makes perfect.

There's always room for improvement, for everyone...IMO.

OP, what you're seeing may actually be RIDS. Fluorescent lighting really shows this defect well.

Hahahh I'm so glad I'm not the only person who looks at their detailing results under the gas station lights. Fluorescents and the Sun, detailers best friend!

I think I read somewhere (probably here) using the brinkman and shutting all the other lights off in your detailing space is a great way to reveal any swirls. I know it's revealed some of the flaws in my work.
