what is everyone using the black nitrile gloves for?

Re: black nitrile gloves
I use them for cleaning wheels and engine bays since they are usually pretty nasty, and I also use them when cleaning nasty interiors. Never know what your going to run into in some vehicles. Otherwise I don't use gloves.

Pretty much this. I don't use them when doing any paint correction, waxing, etc.
I don't wear them more than I do. However, I always have some "in stock".
They also work great for removing hair from carpet/upholstery.

I pretty much wear them for the full detail, replacing when necessary.
They are also fantastic for oil changes.

+1
I always hated plastic & rubber gloves as they made my hands sweat. The nitriles don't so I find myself using them more often, frequently around the house and garage when using harsh cleaners, shoe polish or anything I don't particularly want to get on my hands. As Bill mentioned, perfect for keeping hot oil off your mitts during oil changes! I don't know as I'd run out and buy a big box of 'em, I got a few freebie sample pairs with an order. Very nice product!

Agreed with most other posts, awesome for oil changes or basic cleaning in the engine. I use them for 95% of the detail process, awesome for when your cleaning the wheels and undercarriage. Also they give you a great feel, a lot more sensitive than I would have ever figured. I always take them off when doing my final QD/spray wax for some reason.
