    Difficult to remove M105

I have attempted to use this stuff on 2 different occasions. Each time , I gave up after correcting the hood. This stuff sticks like dried cement. I use the same technique using SIP , 85 and 205 with no problems.

What is the trick to removing the dried product? water hose and rag?

Have you tried misting a detail spray on the panel and then try wiping it off? If that doesn't work try some IPA or even the new Car Pro Eraser.

M105 can be difficult to remove at times.

Most of today's products clean up nicely with a mild solution of soap and water. Do this with Meguiar's M105 and you should be fine...

Most times if 105 is acting like that it is from using too much product, overworking, working too large of an area or climate conditions. 105 does have a learning curve but once you get past that, it is a wonderful product.

There are a lot of good threads on how to use M105. Do a Google search on the Kevin Brown Method.

Usually too much product is the cause of this. Moreso than all the other issues which are potentially the problem.

After you prime the pad, then wipe all the excess polish off with a towel. Try using a VERY small amount. like 2 tiny size pea dots at the outer edge of the pad. That Should eliminate the problem.

Turtle products are the same way. I wet a microfiber towel and get some of the residue it leaves and just re buff it with the dry micro fiber towel with detailing spray.

Heat, too much product or a "too damp"recently cleaned pad.

I use a QD like Megs Final Inspection or diluted ONR when push comes to shove.
