When do you finally throw out a microfiber towel

the only ones I toss are the wheel well towels. They get so nasty I can't get them clean. I just buy the terry pack or the MF pack at Sams and use them as disposable because they are so cheap.

I never throw mine out unless they are falling apart. They get progressively moved down the pecking order. Wheels and tires, boat and jetski's, metal polishing, engines, etc.

They go through 3 to 4 jobs before they get demoted to oil dipstick cleaner.

I buy the costco package, and when the microfiber towels get really dirty i throw them away.
I first clean windows with no window cleaner using brand new microfiber towel, then move to waxes and cleaning the exterior of the car then finally use the micro fiber towel for the engine bay, then I throw them away.

Until they are a thin ragged piece of fabric, there are lots of uses for the old MF.

They are better than a paper towel when wiping up the oily spot on the floor.
