The last time I used D151, I let it dry before removing. That's the last time I'll ever do that. It was like trying to remove dried cement. I personally think it's best to do a section and then remove.
Pretty warm here in Dallas, you might try a spritz of water.

Bobby, I am positive that 151 is a SMAT product. So it doesn't break down. I would say that the heat and humidity are playing a roll but also sounds like you are using a bit too much product. Try using a little bit less product and see how the results are. A QD like Dubbin mentioned can also aid you. I always remove 151 when I am done working a section.
+1, not so much the heat as it is the humidity. I hate detailing when it's humid. I would 3rd the aid of a QD for removal or use a different AIO

well i pulled the car out to the sun to get a better look and you cant see it in the paint but in a very soft dim light you can see it but not by much so I just continued to do the rest of the car with it, I wiped after every section and then went over the whole car with GG speed shine "REALLY GOOD STUFF AND SMELLS GOOD" and It came out very nice and slick. Thanks everyone for the responses!!
