Stoner Trim shine Vs. More shine less time ?
What's the major difference between the 2. I know one is 12oz the other is 9oz. one says it has uv protector the other says it has anti-static.
I will only use it for engine detail.

I'd say the one with the anti-static.
Me thinks sun light isn't gonna be much of a problem in the engine room...LOL.

Trim Shine is a thicker silicone and goes on a bit heavier. I believe they both have the same properties beyond that.

Here is Scott from Dallas paint correction doing a video about trim shine also stating that it's a water-based product.

I've used it for a number of years very successfully.
I believe the tire shine he's also water-based. And snow slinging of the product.

water based does not mean it doesn't contain silicone. per the SDS, trim shine is water, silicone and alcohol.
